Why have waiting lists?

We have waiting lists due to the huge demand for swimming lessons in the area.

How do they work?

• Our waiting lists are split up in to different lists for each group of abilities for example, preschool, beginners, improvers.

• When a space becomes available our receptionists will call through the waiting list to offer the space to the first person on the list. You have 2 days to confirm with us your space. If you do not get back to us within this time, we will record that you have been offered a space, but have not taken it. We will contact you up to 4 times when spaces are available, after which, your details will be taken off the list.
• Customers must remember to UPDATE telephone numbers as and when they change- we can only contact you to offer you a space if we have the correct details.

How can you add someone to a waiting list?

• You can call us and speak to any of our receptionists:

• You can visit us and ask a member of staff
• You can email the swimming lessons manager:emma@mclarenleisure.co.uk

**Please note- you must call McLaren Community Leisure Centre to be added to OUR waiting lists- our lessons are not linked with any other pool.**

You will need to supply us with your name, your child’s name and date of birth and a contact number for us to call when a space is available.
